• Users retain ownership of any files, documents, or data they create or process using our services.
• Productivity Tools Limited reserves the right to set usage limits and to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of suspicious activity or violation of terms.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

• The subject of this offer is the provision of productivity tools and services to the Customer in accordance with the selected subscription plan, the terms of this offer, and the current price list of the Contractor's services.
• The list of services and current pricing is posted on the website at: www.productivitytools.app. The Contractor has the right to unilaterally change the Price List and the terms of this public offer at any time without prior agreement with the Customer, ensuring that the updated terms are published on the website at least three days before they come into effect.
• Users are entitled to request a full refund within 20 days of purchase if they are not satisfied with the service.

• The Customer is not entitled to copy and/or distribute the website materials or services in any unauthorized way.
• The Contractor is not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure circumstances, including: actions of government authorities, natural disasters, power outages, network failures, civil unrest, or any other circumstances beyond the Contractor's control.

10. Final Provisions

• In case of disputes, the Contractor and Customer will take all measures to resolve them through negotiations.
• The claim review period is 15 (fifteen) business days.
• If negotiations fail, disputes shall be considered in accordance with the current legislation.
• Promotional discounts and promo codes cannot be combined with other discounts and special offers.

By accepting this offer, the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any clause of the offer, the Contractor suggests that you refrain from using the services.
